I LIKE MY CREAM ICED, WITH TEA AND SUGAR

This is the first of two posts about making things.

I made earl grey ice cream last week.

It is delicious, but I need to work on my custard skills… It’s a little more eggy than I wanted it to be. HOWEVER, I plan to try again sometime in the future without eggs… steeping the tea in milk and then just making a plain sweet cream recipe using that milk. I took some photos in the process, but forgot to take some at the end.
