SLOW SCRAMBLE

I am always working on lengthening and strengthening my patience. One of the easiest ways for me to continue to do so is to be rewarded for it. And in this post, The Kitchn tipped me off to one of the best rewards for patience: Slowly Scrambled Eggs. The story to which they link is from the LA Times (direct link here) and it tells you all you need to know to make these beauties. TRUST ME- it is really worth the 25 minutes of stirring. Eating these eggs was a totally different egg experience than I’ve ever had before.

Try it once, be patient, and let me know how you feel.
